So, the July 1st day came and went. I did apply to be part of the 9rules Network. I am not sure what will come from my entry, but if nothing else I am hoping that the “Judges” will stop by and I will get a critique on my site.
Over on Chris J Davis’ site, I had a little conversation with a great designer and developer, Khaled Abou Alfa, also known as “Broken Kode” in my books.
He and I were writing back and forth as comments on an entry on Chris’ site about the second round of entries for the 9rules Network. Thankfully he was great about it, and put up with our little disagreement on blogging and its use in our lives.
Khaled uses blogging as more of a personal outlet, where I use it as more of my own micro-newspaper with a side helping of personal thoughts and opinions.
I can totally understand where he is coming from as past incarnations of my site were almost one hundred percent personal, and more journalistic than my more recent blogs.
So wish me luck, and if you have an extra minute, check out the comments between Khaled and I.

No problem, conversations like yours are why I have a site in the first place. I love conversations, even when I am not in them!
Stop by and have debates via my comments anytime!
