This August 16th, Sabine and I will be able to fly a Cessna 150 as part of an introductory offer from the Ottawa Flying Club.
I mentioned it before on May 18th, but at that time, I had not bought the tickets to do it, and now I have, and it is all scheduled and I am excited.
Here is what we get:
Hopefully, I will remember to bring my digital camera, and snap a few shots as I go through every step. Wish me luck, and a happy landing. (I hope I don’t crash, I really don’t like small, one engine planes.)

Many years ago, I got to fly a two person ultralight with the owner of said ultralight.
It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Someday, I’d like to build my own and fly it around.
Geez.. Another thing to get around to…

WOOT. Someone else in my family getting into flying. It will be the best time of your life. It is SO much different then the large multi-engine aircrafts. If it is a good day out and you can get up to about 6000 feet, tell the pilot you’r pilot cousin told you to tell them to show you what a spin is. Hold on tight and no pissing your pants!
Good luck and have fun.
