<description>Hehe, I can definately relate to that :)

Whenever I feel a huge lack of energy, I usually stop eating dinner, lunch and breakfast. Might sound weird and all, but I replace it with basically 4 things:
- 500g of mixed fruitparts as dinner
- half a liter of milk and a mueslibar in the morning
- 200g of fruitparts as lunch, together with some yoghurt.
- 2 liter of water

Do this for one day, and try to sleep for about 6-8 hours, and your body is 100% cleaned out, and you'll feel a heck of a lot better the next day: guaranteed :) You'll probably feel a bit hungry, but you got an explosion of vitamins and minerals, and enough water to clean your system, hehe.
