Well, unlike yesterday, I am having a huge problem focusing. You’d think that I would be well rested after my wedding, but alas, no such luck. Getting married took a lot of energy, and visiting with family afterwards caused a great deal of stress. Mix that with not getting much sleep, and you have someone who wants to get a lot done, but tasks that should take like twenty minutes, seem to extend out into nearly an hour.
Hopefully, this evening I will be able to get a long night of great rest so that I can wake up refreshed. I already know I will have to do a decent bit of work this weekend to be on track for next week, but I have to catch up on my sleep so that I can be effective and catch up on all the work I have to do.
The sad thing is, I wish I had the energy to just pull an all nighter so I could get decently caught up.

Hehe, I can definately relate to that
Whenever I feel a huge lack of energy, I usually stop eating dinner, lunch and breakfast. Might sound weird and all, but I replace it with basically 4 things:
- 500g of mixed fruitparts as dinner
- half a liter of milk and a mueslibar in the morning
- 200g of fruitparts as lunch, together with some yoghurt.
- 2 liter of water
Do this for one day, and try to sleep for about 6-8 hours, and your body is 100% cleaned out, and you’ll feel a heck of a lot better the next day: guaranteed
You’ll probably feel a bit hungry, but you got an explosion of vitamins and minerals, and enough water to clean your system, hehe.
