We recently went down to Ottawa and Kingston, and got some visiting time in with my family. It was good, but unfortunately, I didn’t get to visit everyone I had hoped to. If I missed you this time, I am super sorry, and we will have to hang out next time I am down.
I got to see my nephew for the first time, Ben, my brother’s newly born son. It was nice and it reminded me how much I want to have children. Not too soon mind you, but eventually.
Other than that we re-signed the details for the house to go to the lawyer so we can get this whole house purchase moving forward. It is not a fun process. Some people have wanted a few more details on the house, and so here they are.
Main level
Kitchen - 9 ft, 2 in x 10 ft
Eating area - 8 ft x 10 ft
Great Room - 13 ft, 10 in x 19 ft, 2 in
2pc Bathroom - n/a
Second level
Master bedroom - 14 ft, 10 in x 11 ft
Bedroom 2 - 10 ft x 10 ft, 5 in
Bedroom - 9 ft, 10 in x 11 ft, 5 in
4pc Bathroom - n/a
So all in all, it is not very large, but hopefully, it will fulfill our needs until we have our first and maybe even second child. That is if we get the mortgage approval…

The house looks really nice man. I think for a first home, it looks amazing. I think once you get moved in and finally settled down in there, you will have loved the hard work it took to get something so amazing.
Hope you get some pictures of it as it is being built. I think it would be really cool. Good luck with the mortgage approval.

Congratulations David! Long time no freaking talk to mate, hope all else is well; get back on some sort of communication schedule with me here. Late.
