I have joined the Bloggy Network as a content writer on a variety of technology and game console sites. I am really excited about this as it means I can live my dream life of being a Professional Blogger.
From BloggingPro:
“Jacob”, you ask yourself, “how in the world are you going to run 10 blogs by yourself?”. The answer is simple, I’m not. No folks, I’m pleased to announce that I’ve hired the first full time blogger of the Bloggy Network, David Peralty. What made me pick David out of all the possible bloggers out there? Easy, he was the one that stood out compared to everyone else. He’s a truly great writer that will fill every need perfectly. He’s fresh out of college(only 22 years old) and has a real desire to blog. He’s going to be writing on a new line of electronic and gaming related blogs.
I hope you will all come and check out the stuff I write, and leave me a comment or two on how you think I am doing, or if an article strikes your fancy. I could also use more resources to learn more about these sites, so if you know of any good sites I should add to my feedreader, let me know. And if you find an article before me, please feel free to submit it and pick up some credit for you and your own site.
So yeah, check me out on the Bloggy Network.

Congratulations on your “promotion”. I recently became a “full-fledged” blogger myself, I bought my own domain and web space to experiment with.
I hope you can handle everything well and I wish the network good luck, I will do my share on Forever Geek, and I hope you’ll manage to do yours and still have some time for yourself.

Thanks Griffith, but what is this time for myself you speak of? ![]()

By time for yourself I mean free time. Well, being a Pro Blogger means that you probably work at home, but still it must be hard keeping track of all the news on all those different subjects by “yourself”.
I know a couple of people in my island that work at home, like a neighbour that does Etched Windows & Stained Glasses and my girlfriend’s father that repairs Televisions and other Appliances has a shop but also has a small working place in his garage to do some work at home.
What’s common about them? They both over-work themselfs, except on Sunday mornings, my girlfriend’s father is almost always working, the same as my neighbour.
When you’re working at home you lose track of how many hours you work and how many you have for yourself, sure you can take a whole afternoon off or wake up or lunch whenever you want, but the usual tendency is to stress yourself.
Anyway I hope you understand, and my best bet for you would be to set a schedule for yourself and try to keep it as if you were doing any other job.
Once again, good luck, and feel free to call upon any help you need.

Thanks, I will have to do that. Jacbo said that I should try to take it easy, but I love doing what I am doing, so I doubt I will be overworking myself even if I do put in long hours.
Tracking news on all the different subjects is not too bad. I watch over 1000 feeds, and I was watching them even before I got the job. Now I am adding more and more.
You are right though about losing track of time. I start working before my girlfriend goes to work at around 1pm and stop working when she gets home at around 11pm.
I know though that it will all pay off, so to me it is worth it, and when my girlfriend is working, I am working, so my down time is when she is around.
Thanks again for the words and advice. I will let you know if I have any problems. Also, if you need someone to write here and there on the PSP site for Bloggy Network, let me know. ![]()

I will probably need some help actually, but I didn’t ask you because I guessed you already have your hands full, thanks for mentioning it on one of your articles though.
If you think you can spare yourself to write on yet another content driven blog I’d be more than glad to have you working with me on the project, but only if you’re not too occupied only.

Actually I am hoping to work on more. The more sites there are the more I can talk about, the more I can learn and research. ![]()
I don’t know if I can carry it by myself, as I am writing on lot of sites right now and I am still trying to get all my resources in place to streamline the process as much as possible. I do know that I am good at research and can find out details on pretty much any product, so I could do some starting posts on the PSP like I did for the Xbox360 and stuff…
Let me know…Maybe I should apply like everyone else… hmm… Maybe after tonights round of posting on the b* network sites.
