I also worked for them… Just to let you know Ed Sater is the most self-important yet most uninformed idiotic manager I’ve ever met. He never has time - not even for his staff. And most certainly won’t have time for you. Also, these guys have huge turn over in the office. CHECK EVERYTHING. Rent increases, amount owing… just check their numbers. More than once I found huge mistakes on their part. In the favour of tenants (while working there) and in favour of the company (my own rent increase) since quitting. This is one sketchy operation that’s for sure. They’re too big, too incestuous (family run), the work is shoddy and I don’t blame you for wanting to move and fast. Hope you’re all in the clear.
