Of course it's worth something, but the key to the site is connecting two parties together. If they find a blogger from the pool of people already listed, that's great by me. The money the site makes will be used to advertise the site as well as create new features, not to line my pocket.

I understand where you are coming from though, and if money was the end goal of the project, then I'd probably agree. I want an open system, and I want to give others the same opportunity that I have had.

David,

As your internet-driven friend and advisor in all matters suiting fancy, I recommend that you immediately remove the contact information for individual bloggers that post their information. What methods are you going to utlize to keep potential blog owners from going around your website and contacting bloggers directly?

I believe you should have a fee for blog owners to hire bloggers listed on your website, the same way monster would for jobs in general.

I feel it is in your best interest to make sure you're covering your basis and keeping people from provoking you by manuevering around your site.

Just my two cents my friend, may not be worth anything..

Neat idea.

Would you also have more than just bloggers? How about web related developers in general... ie. Designers, Front-end / Backend Developers, Bloggers etc.
