Is it really that difficult financially to live in Canada? I have a friend who moved from the UK to Canada, and they're having an absolute blast so far (he moved there with his girlfriend). Have you ever thought of (dare I say it) doing freelance work "under the table"? Wow Sabine is visiting Belgium? That's actually a stonethrow away from where I live, hehe.
