White Water Rafting
Well it looks like Sabine and I might be lucky enough to go White Water Rafting in less than a week. We are going to be going on a 12 man boat near Renfrew for the day. It should be really cool. The whole thing, including renting a car to get there will set us back by $300, but Sabine has taken up the slack as it is something she really wants to do.
We will be using OWL Rafting’s services and it looks like it will be really good.
For $100 each we get:
- One Full Day of Whitewater, in OWL’s 12-person rafts
- OWL professional guide at the oars
- Delicious BBQ meal during the return Pontoon Boat Cruise
- Use of all facilities at the OWL Resort: kayaks, canoes, beack, sauna, and showers.
- After rafting video presentation of our trip in the OWL log pavilion.

My mom send school trips there, and was lucky enough to head out on one of their day trips. A LOT of fun! And the video at the end is a blast.

I can’t wait to try it. I hope it goes well. I just have to heal up and not be so sick.
