Over on TutorialZoom.com there is a post that talks about how to reduce and remove duplicate content so search engines will hold your site in higher regard. This tutorial is for WordPress blogs, and goes over two methods, using a plug-in to tell Google not to index certain content.
The other way the tutorial covers is to change how WordPress displays your content by making only the index page and the single pages showing the full text, while the rest shows an except. I currently use the except system on both WarpSection, and this blog DavidCubed and while I am not sure it has increased my traffic or anything, it hasn’t hurt it. I guess I will have to wait and see how Google reacts in the next major update.
